Jane is one of my favorite blondes. This gal was never dressed down. This made her a star. Jane’s classic look here is perfect for all complexions, hair colors, eye colors, etc. in my opinion. It’s about false lashes and bold, matte lips.

FACE: Jane’s complexion is perfection in this look. Apply concealer where needed. I like the long-wearing formula of Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Concealer. Apply a satin foundation like MAC Studio Sculpt Foundation. Dust with a loose powder. I like Lancome Absolue Powder because it isn’t “dry” looking. It helps with a glowing complexion look and to keep foundation smooth. Apply a pink blush to cheeks such as Covergirl Classic Color Blush in Rose Silk. I really do love this color and its price.

EYES: Jane’s brows look great. To get a similar look, apply a brow pencil such as Bobbi Brown Brow Pencil in a shadow for your complexion. Brush brows with a brow brush. Apply a buttery yellow shadow to the entire eye lid area. If you prefer a powder try BareMinerals Eye Shadow in Soul, a creamy beige shadow. If you like cream, try Benefit Lemon Aid. Thickly apply a liquid liner to top lash line, about 75%, not the entire top lash line. I like Revlon Colorstay Liquid Liner in Brown Black. You’ll really need false lashes to get more of the “exact” look. I would apply individual lashes or half lashes to the top lashes, really emphasizing the outer portion. Everyone has their own way of doing this. Apply mascara to bottom lashes.

LIPS: Since this is a matte lipstick look, lips should be flake free. Scrub and apply lip balm thickly to lips hours before. Apply a simple, matte pencil such as NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Damned. Color in the lines. I also like MAC Lipstick in Impassioned for this look. The formula is an amplified cream. It’s satin, just a little bit more glossy and “forgiving” than a full-blown matte.

We all have our favorite bimbo. Jane just happens to be one of my favorites. I feel you can just see the pain on her face in every single pic. She seemed to love and hate being the bleached blonde. She knew no other way. I love this pic of her because the pain is vaguely there but not too much, she knows how to put on a show,  and I am a sucker for coral lips. Orange lips make me swoon.

To get this look apply concealer where needed and a powder foundation such as YSL Radiant Touch Concealer and Dianne Brill Fresh Water Pearl Powder Foundation in your shade. Brows are filled in to perfection. Fill in brows with a pencil such as Benefit Instant Brow Pencil in a shade that suits your complexion. Apply foundation powder to eyelids to absorb oil and even the skintone of the eyelids. Apply a nude shadow such as the lightest shade in Diane Brill Eye Shadow Trio in Bedroom Eyes from lash line to brow bone. Apply the medium shade lightly in the crease. Take the deepest shade and wet a liner brush. Apply closely to the lashline to add depth and fullness to the lashes. I suggest applying false lashes because the eye makeup is very minimal. Plus, it adds classic glamour. Or apply lots of mascara. Cheeks are peachy perfect. Apply Avon Be Blushed Cheek Color in Tropical Peach to the apples and blend and layer as many times as you need. Now to the amazing lips. Apply Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil in Ozone, a clear to keep this bold color from bleeding. Apply Estee Lauder Signature Lipstick in Spiced Coral. Apply a sheer coral gloss over lips for extra shine and fullness, something like Estee Lauder High Gloss in Coral. I love the scent of that stuff. And to make this look even more fun apply Jean Paul Gaultier Classique EDT fragrance. Even the packaging is Jayne friendly. No go out and have fun being a bimbo.

And who doesn’t? I adore the look but look God awful with it. I mean I make the worst blonde ever. Not my style anyways. However, I would love to emulate Jayne’s lovely makeup look. First start with a dewy foundation and concealer if needed such as Stila Illuminating Liquid Foundation and Stila Illuminating Concealer. Dust skin with a lightweight loose powder such as Stila Hydrating Foundation Powder. Geez, I love a glowing complexion. Brush brows into place with a tinted brow gel such as Stila Brow Polish in your shade. You can go way deeper than your “natural” hair color just like Jayne did. Eyes are nude but still really sexy. Dust the entire lid with a nude colored shadow such as Stila Eyeshadow Pan in Bouquet. Blend a little bit darker shade into the crease such as Stila Eyeshadow Pan in Dune which is a nude beige. Line eyes with black liquid liner, creating a “cateye” look. Use a black liquid liner such as Stila Liquid Eyeliner in Black. Apply false lashes for the most dramatic look or coat lashes with tons of black mascara. Now to the cheeks. Lightly dust a healthy pink onto the apples. Use a color like Stila Cheek Color Pan in Rose. I’m never too shimmery. Take a large eyeshadow brush and give a swipe of Stila All Over Shimmer Powder over the cheekbones, brow bones and down the nose. Talk about looking amazing in photos, this stuff will do the trick. Next to the luscious lips, I love this purpley shade. I had a color just like this made by Sephora which is sadly discontinued. You can still get this color. Line lips with Stila Lip Pencil in Contour 9. Apply Stila Lipstick in Sonya which is a vivid berry cream. Add some lip gloss for luscious shine, like Stila Lip Glaze in Pomegranate which is a shimmery purple. Take a brow or eye liner pencil to fake a beauty mark if you must, try something like Stila Kajal Eye Liner in Tiger’s Eye. Finish with a lush fragrance like Stella by Stella McCartney. It’s vintagey but updated like this look.
