whitechair-beforeandafter

This has nothing to do with fragrance or makeup, but I just want to share. I’ve been working on a few of those little projects before the big “my first house” remodel that will begin to take place in a few weeks on a 1936 eclectic revival. I bought this little wood chair for $3.5o and the junk store. I painted it this putty shade which I purchased at Lowe’s as a mistint for $2. I reupholstered the seat with a .99 cent pillowcase. It took about an hour of work. It will go with the sewing table that I converted into an art desk, another DIY job. I actually really like the putty shade and I’m thinking of painting the built-ins in the new house this shade. Oh, the projects waiting for me!

Total= $6.49 plus my precious labor.
